Chaiyok Yana!!


Assalamualaikum..

Jumaat lepas Rayyan demam. Sian anak mama.. Lama sangat dah Rayyan tak demam walaupun masa mama demam sampai sebulan akibat UTI Rayyan kuat tak jangkit demam dari mama pun..


So, mama papa bawa Rayyan pegi klinik dan hari ni Rayyan dah semakin sihat.. Alhamdulillah.. Semoga anak mama terus diberikan kesihatan yang baik. Ameen..


Topiknya di sini adalah masa bawa Rayyan jumpa doc di klinik. Yana ternampak weight scale dan apa lagi.. Terusla timbang berat badan ni haa.. Im sooooo happy bila angka yang keluar adalah 56.7kg. Yeayy!!! Terus yana check BMI dan angka tu dah masuk kategori good weight. Yeayyy lagi!!








Walaupun dah good weight tapi masih rasa banyak lelemak di sana sini. So target adalah 50kg. Sikit lagi yana. Chaiyok!!!!!


Weekend ni asyik makan nasik. So, esok start balik kembali pada apple cider, lemon, quinoa dan chia seed serta berlari turun naik tangga uruskan rayyan.. Go go!!

Misi Menurunkan Berat Badan.. ;p


Assalamualaikum..

Hari ni yana ada follow up akibat UTI hari tu di Pantai Kuala Lumpur. Yes masih kena follow up untuk memastikan semua berjalan lancar. Alhamdulilah result full blood test semuanya baik2. Semoga yana terus diberikan kesihatan yang baik. Ameen..


Macam biasa sebelum jumpa doctor kena timbang berat badan dulu. Happy sangat sebab berat badan dah turun 57kg. Last follow up bulan lepas 59kg. Dalam masa sebulan turun 2kg. Yeayy!! Semuanya sebab yana amalkan pemakanan sihat selama sebulan tu.




Dah lama rasanya berat badan yana tak masuk angka 50-an. Sebelum kawin pun dah 60kg. Hukhuk.. Pregnant naik sampai 79kg.. Lepas pantang turun 63kg, 60kg, 59kg.. Sekarang Rayyan dah masuk 11 bulan baru masuk ke 57kg.. Yana tak diet atau sekat makan langsung sebab yana breastfeeding. Ibu yang menyusu badan tak boleh diet nanti kuantiti susu merudum..


Breastfeeding pun sangat sangat membantu dalam penurunan berat badan. Sekadar perkongsian.. Selama sebulan, sebelum sarapan yana amalkan pengambilan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.. Selalunya sejam sebelum sarapan. ACV memang boleh membantu dalam penurunan berat badan + terkandung pelbagai lagi khasiat yang bagus untuk kesihatan kita. Jangan lupa juga yogurt! Yogurt sangat sedap, sangat bagus mengandungi probiotik. Kalau boleh cari yang low fat plain yogurt. Jangan ambil yang berperisa sebab tinggi kandungan gula. Yana suka makan quinoa! Sebab quinoa sangat mengenyangkan dan sangat berkhasiat. Selalunya yana makan quinoa masa breakfast & dinner. Otameal Honey Yogurt Mask...


Assalamualaikum..


Just nak sharing something yang best and yummy!! Jom kita buat homemade face mask. Dah seminggu yana try buat mask ni memang best especially boleh kurangkan oily dan skin jadi sangat smooth and glowing. Hehehe. Tak caye cubalah buat.. Kalau google pasal mask oatmeal honey yogurt ni, banyakla keluar.. Sangat femes!





Oatmeal Yogurt Honey Mask..





Ni bahan2 nya:

Organic oats
Honey
Plain yogurt


Hamik ko yogurt besar punya.. Hehe.. Family yana sekarang memang pengamal yogurt especially masa breakfast. Tapi takdela everyday amik yogurt.. Setiap sesuatu biarlah ada limit. Yogurt ada banyak probiotik iaitu bakteria baik. Selalu yana campur dengan oats, quinoa dan juga fruits. Boleh kurus tau makan yogurt ni.. Hehe.. Lama sangat dah yana tak breakfast nasi lemak & roti canai..


Ok berbalik pada topik, kaedah buat mask ni:





1. Kisar dulu oats tadi supaya dapat tekstur yang lebih halus. Tak payah masak oats tu
2. Campur dengan madu dan yogurt
3. Siap dan bolehlah sapu ke muka



Sangat yummy bau dia. Rasa nak makan je.. Hehe.. Biar dalam 20 minit dan boleh cuci. Masa nak cuci tu boleh sental2 sikit oats tu di muka.. Buatlah seminggu kalau rajin boleh tengok perubahan skin.. Takdelah bertukar jadi muka Neelofa yang gojes tu tapi skin jadi much better..

Malam yana pakai mask Kulit Kayu Manis ni from Adrianna.. Homemade takde campuran chemical. Sedia maklum kulit kayu manis boleh hilangkan parut. Memang agak pedih. Jangan pakai lama2 nanti kulit boleh terbakar. Lepas pakai, once mask dah kering cepat2 basuh. So far yana pakai kulit takde merah2. Body scrub beras tu pun sangat best. Skin jadi sangat lembut lepas guna. Homemade juga dan takde campuran chemical. Kalau sape nak order scrub tu boleh contact fb Nani Ribbon.. Ada juga mask beras yang dia jual..

Healthy Food for My Family..


Assalamualaikum..


Last week yana cuba resepi pasta bolognese versi baby untuk Rayyan. Last week punya baru nak masuk blog ka? Hihi.. Sejak dah introduce Rayyan tomato and beef dan takde apa2 masalah, yana pelbagaikan resepi berasakan tomato termasuklah pasta bolognese nih..


Sebijik2 yana amik resepi dari the most famous author of books on nutrition and cooking for babies iaitu Annabel Karmel.. Yana rujuk blog Dr.Halina juga ada resepi yang sama beliau masak untuk Bella..



Bahan2:

Pasta (yana amik baby macaroni)
Homemade puree tomato
Bawang merah seulas
Bawang putih 3 ulas
Beef
Celery
Baby carrot
Tomato
Italian mixherbs
Unsalted butter






Kaedah:

1. Tumis bawang sampai dalam unsalted butter dan masukkan carrot dan celery
2. Tumis pula daging lembu (lepas basuh yana kisar. Jangan beli daging kisar yang ada di kedai tu sebab bercampur dengan lemak)
3. Masukkan puree tomato dan Italian mixherbs
5. Masak hingga kuah agak pekat dan boleh masukkan pasta tadi..
Siap!!






Untuk papa, yana cuba ajar diri dengan healthy food. Masakkan quinoa dengan salad asparagus + broccoli dan ayam tumis dengan pure olive oil.. Papa kata adoiiilaaa..hehe..


Selingan sikit! sekarang yana cuba untuk amalkan pemakanan yang sihat walaupun kadang2 terbabas juga. Hehe.. Sebabnya? Pengalaman demam sampai sebulan akibat UTI yg lepas betul2 menginsafkan diri..huhu..






Yana demam on off dengan 3 jenis antibiotik dah ambil tapi still macam tu juga. Sampaikan warded dan doctor nak bagi yana antibiotik yang boleh menyebabkan yana tak dapat breastfeed Rayyan dalam tempoh masa yg lama.. Yana tanya doc ada choice lain tak sebab yana masih mahu terus susukan Rayyan.. Doc suggest yana minum pure concentrate cranberry juice. Yana minum dah dua botol dan yana dah tak demam tanpa antibiotik. Bila buat follow up kuman dah takde dan sel darah putih dalam urin pun dah takde. Alhamdulillah..






Akibat UTI yana langsung dah tak sentuh seafood. Fast food lagilaaa.. Walaupun nak sangat KfC yg versi kpop tu..hihi.. Ayam dan daging seminggu sekali je dan banyakkan ikan serta sayur je. Sekarang bila jalan2 di luar mesti sushi menjadi pilihan.









Alhamdulillah yana rasa semakin sihat. Untuk yang pernah kena UTI yang agak teruk boleh amalkan cranberry jus, blueberry, asparagus, broccoli dan pegaga. Boleh juga amalkan minum lemon jus sebab ia membuang material2 yang tak perlu dari badan.






Yana juga ambil probiotik sebagai ganti kepada baketeria baik yang dah banyak mati akibat pengambilan antibiotik.. Yana amik yang ni. Ia juga membantu dalam UTI





Harap bolehlah istiqamah dalam mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat. Jangan hangat2 tahi ayam je yana oi..

Chia Seed & Apple Cider Vinegar..

Sekadar perkongsian mengenai Chea Seeds dan Apple Cider Vinegar..




Chea Seed:

Yana pernah membuat pembacaan sepintas lalu mengenai Chea seed ni. Disebabkan baca gitu2 je buat derk je la. Sampailah tadi masa yana membeli barang2 dapur untuk Rayyan di bahagian Organik. Yana terpandang satu chinese family ni sedang bercakap mengenai Chea Seed dan akhirnya diaorang amik sampai 5 botol. Chinese memang pandai mengenai healthy food. Bila yana balik dan Google..wahh memang Chea seed ni sangat sangat bagus!!


Yana pun beli paket kecik untuk cuba. Paket kecik pun mahal iaitu Rm24. Yang dalam botol sebesar air tin coke tu Rm38.. Boleh cari di Jaya Grocer. Esok nak cuba.. Hanya perlu campur dalam air dan minum. Macam minum biji selasih dalam sirap kekdahnye..

Apa kesannya terhadap kita?
