Otameal Honey Yogurt Mask...


Assalamualaikum..


Just nak sharing something yang best and yummy!! Jom kita buat homemade face mask. Dah seminggu yana try buat mask ni memang best especially boleh kurangkan oily dan skin jadi sangat smooth and glowing. Hehehe. Tak caye cubalah buat.. Kalau google pasal mask oatmeal honey yogurt ni, banyakla keluar.. Sangat femes!





Oatmeal Yogurt Honey Mask..





Ni bahan2 nya:

Organic oats
Honey
Plain yogurt


Hamik ko yogurt besar punya.. Hehe.. Family yana sekarang memang pengamal yogurt especially masa breakfast. Tapi takdela everyday amik yogurt.. Setiap sesuatu biarlah ada limit. Yogurt ada banyak probiotik iaitu bakteria baik. Selalu yana campur dengan oats, quinoa dan juga fruits. Boleh kurus tau makan yogurt ni.. Hehe.. Lama sangat dah yana tak breakfast nasi lemak & roti canai..


Ok berbalik pada topik, kaedah buat mask ni:





1. Kisar dulu oats tadi supaya dapat tekstur yang lebih halus. Tak payah masak oats tu
2. Campur dengan madu dan yogurt
3. Siap dan bolehlah sapu ke muka



Sangat yummy bau dia. Rasa nak makan je.. Hehe.. Biar dalam 20 minit dan boleh cuci. Masa nak cuci tu boleh sental2 sikit oats tu di muka.. Buatlah seminggu kalau rajin boleh tengok perubahan skin.. Takdelah bertukar jadi muka Neelofa yang gojes tu tapi skin jadi much better..

Oatmeal

Yogurt






It has all the wonderful nutrients and minerals that has mild astringent and bleaching effects. The high zinc content in it keeps your skin blemish-free and reduces the size of your pores. Yoghurt is also an excellent natural moisturizer because it adds enzymes and oils to the skin, making the skin soft and supple. Use a natural or organic variety of plain yogurt. If you have oily skin, use non-fat yogurt.

Malam yana pakai mask Kulit Kayu Manis ni from Adrianna.. Homemade takde campuran chemical. Sedia maklum kulit kayu manis boleh hilangkan parut. Memang agak pedih. Jangan pakai lama2 nanti kulit boleh terbakar. Lepas pakai, once mask dah kering cepat2 basuh. So far yana pakai kulit takde merah2. Body scrub beras tu pun sangat best. Skin jadi sangat lembut lepas guna. Homemade juga dan takde campuran chemical. Kalau sape nak order scrub tu boleh contact fb Nani Ribbon.. Ada juga mask beras yang dia jual..
