Sekadar perkongsian mengenai Chea Seeds dan Apple Cider Vinegar..




Chea Seed:

Yana pernah membuat pembacaan sepintas lalu mengenai Chea seed ni. Disebabkan baca gitu2 je buat derk je la. Sampailah tadi masa yana membeli barang2 dapur untuk Rayyan di bahagian Organik. Yana terpandang satu chinese family ni sedang bercakap mengenai Chea Seed dan akhirnya diaorang amik sampai 5 botol. Chinese memang pandai mengenai healthy food. Bila yana balik dan Google..wahh memang Chea seed ni sangat sangat bagus!!


Yana pun beli paket kecik untuk cuba. Paket kecik pun mahal iaitu Rm24. Yang dalam botol sebesar air tin coke tu Rm38.. Boleh cari di Jaya Grocer. Esok nak cuba.. Hanya perlu campur dalam air dan minum. Macam minum biji selasih dalam sirap kekdahnye..

Benefits:

Apa kesannya terhadap kita?

1. Rasa jauh lebih bertenaga untuk menjalankan tugas-tugas kita seharian. Ini disebabkan vitamin dan nutrien mencukupi di dalam badan kita. Juga disebabkan ia bersifat antioksida, dapat membuang toksin daripada badan.

Cara penggunaan yana campur je dengan air kosong dan minum. Dinner tadi yana just makan quinoa dengan asparagus, salmon dan broccoli. Yana campur sikit dengan apple cider ni dan sampai sekarang tak rasa lapar pun.. Kalau nak tau apple cider vinegar antara yang diamalkan oleh Megan Fox untuk mengekalkan bentuk badannya..
