Juicing Good for Health..


Assalamualaikum..
Semenjak dua menjak ni yana sangat sangat suka minum jus. Ada yang yana buat sendiri jek, ada yang yana amik di luar je.






Tempat favorite adalah di Juice Boost atau di Juice Works. Tapi lagi suka di Juice Works sampai yana dah jadi ahli. Juice Works ada banyak menu dan diaorang explain satu2 kebaikan dari setiap campuran jus tu. Favorite yana adalah Slimmer Paradise iaitu campuran apple, celery, cucumber & guava. Kadang2 di shoot dengan wheatgrass juice. Satu lagi Berry Burst iaitu campuran strawberry, mix berries & tropical juice. Memang sedapppp dan sangat berkhasiat. Semua jusnya dari buah dan takde gula. Selalu yana pergi di Setia City Mall..






Wheatgrass yang fresh segar bugar.. Sila google khasiat mengenai wheatgrass ni. Sangattt banyak khasiatnya..










Untuk papa pula, papa lagi suka smoothies.. So, selain dari menikmatinya di Juice Works. Yana belajar buat sendiri. Senang jek.. Yana buatkan untuk papa dan Rayyan pun boleh mamam juga dengan syarat takde ais la..





Untuk baby yang nak menikmati smoothies, pastikan dah lulus dengan buah- buahan yang nak disediakan dan takde alergik dengan yogurt. Untuk Rayyan, macam biasa mama gunakan Full Fat plain yogurt from Farm Fresh. Baby kena mam yang full fat sebab baby perlukan lemak untuk membesar. Papa pun mama bagi yang full fat untuk bagi gumuk sikit. Untuk mama of course la yang low fat kan sebab dalam proses untuk kurus lagi. Hehe.. Smoothies antara healthy snack untuk anak2. Tapi janganlah sampai hari3 bagi mamam yogurt.


Many of these Baby Smoothie Recipes are only suitable if baby has had yogurt, milk, and wheat and/or strawberries, other berries/citrus without any problems. Use your judgment when making these baby smoothie recipes for your baby.

-They're a great DIY snack for older kids; younger operators will require adult supervision.



Caranya hanyalah sediakan buah-buahan pilihan, yogurt dan blender.. Yana pilih mango, apple dan blueberry.. Campur dengan yogurt tanpa air dan ais. Kisarkan.. Siap!!





Papa share dengan Rayyan.. Merebut2 Rayyan bila papa lambat suap. Hehe.. Sekarang ni fridge kecik ni dah penuh dengan macam2 buah dan sayur2 untuk jus dan smoothies.. Satu lagi favorite yana amik pagi2 tapi bukan selalulah iaitu Lemon juice + ACV + honey.. Sangatlah refreshing dan bagus untuk detox your liver dan bagus juga untuk weight loss.. A lemon a day keep the fat away.. Hehe..


Nah yana sharekan 95 resepi jus yang bagus untuk kesihatan. Go for real food.. Oh ya sebelum terlupa yana sharekan isu maltodextrin iaitu gula tambahan yang tak akan ada dari sumber semulajadi kerana,

TIPS
1) DONT BLEND: apple seeds (toxic), orange seeds (damn bitter), sour sop seeds (toxic), mango seed
2) Use Soya Milk or Fresh Milk for best effects
3) Put peeled banana to freezer.

My milk booster (the so called stuff you people like to say) is oatmeal milk. Oatmeal rendam dan di masak dan di blender sampai halus. If you add strawberry it becomes strawberry oatmeal milk hehehe if you add mango pun sama. Add honey kalau nak sweet.

For energy:
Try juice cucumber + lime (limau nipis) - add mint kalau mahu. Then mix with yogurt. Take it for breastfast......terus rasa nak lari 1000km hahaha

Kalau kata sayur dan buah2 sekarang pun bukan selamat lagi sebab dah banyak tercemar dengan racun. Ye, memang betul. Tapi kalau tahu cara bersihkan sayur dengan betul insyaAllah segala racun tu akan hilang. Nak lebih selamat carilah sayur dan buah2 organik. Dekat Jaya Grocer tu bawang organik pun yana dah jumpa. Sebijik rm3.. Hukhuk..







Ps: Hanya amalkan acv, high gred probiotik, madu manuka, chia seed, jus2 dan makanan sunnah..
