Bila Rayyan jadi Food Strikes..


Assalamualaikum..

Weekend baru2 ni yana masakkan Rayyan Sup Bening. Tu panggilan di pantai timur. Kalau biasa2 panggil sup sayur.





Bahan2:

Bawang merah
Bawang putih
Homemade stock ayam
Tofu
Celery
Labu
Zucchini
Parsnip



Ni la sayur parsnip.. Baby 8 month dah boleh introduce sayur ni. Rasanya lebih kurang carrot je dan berbau wangi. Ni yana beli di Jaya Grocer. Rasanya di Jusco bahagian organik ada parsnip ni..

Kaedah:

1. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih dalam pure olive oil
2. Masukkan stock ayam dan sedikit air
3. Masukkan labu dan parsnip. Masak sampai labu empuk
4. Last sekali masukkan celery, zucchini dan tofu






Siap.. Boleh mamam dengan bubur nasi..


Tapi semalam, Rayyan meragam tak nak makan sangat. Ayoo.. Maybe sebab Rayyan selsema dia kurang berselera. Mama ni risaula anak tak nak makan. Kalau makan pun sikit je..


Rayyan cayang, please jangan food strike pula. Dulu masa minum susu je dah jadi nursing strikes sampai sebulan. Pening mama masa tu.. Boleh rujuk artikel dalam breastfeeding mengenai cara mengatasi nursing strikes. Pagi ni pun Rayyan tak nak mamam breakfast oat.


Akhirnya mama tanya pada yang pakar dan google.. Mama pun ubah kaedah. Baby ni bila dah sampai satu peringkat umur nak ubah cara makan dari segi tekstur, cara makan iaitu mereka nak suap sendiri. So, breakfast mama bagi finger food dengan potong apple dan steam blueberry letak dalam mangkuk dan mama bagi Rayyan pegang buah2 tu untuk dia suap sendiri. Yes, Rayyan makan tanpa reject..






Lunch, yana masakkan Rayyan pasta with cheesy sweet potato sauce. Yana tak kisar kali ni.. Cuma pasta tu yana rebus lama sikit bagi lembik sikit dan potong dua.. Bagi Rayyan mangkuk tu untuk dia suap sendiri sambil kadang2 mama suapkan Rayyan guna tangan. Tak guna sudu sebab nanti Rayyan reject. Ok Rayyan makan walaupun tak habis semangkuk. Takpela cayang, janji Rayyan mamam dari tak makan langsung.





Kena buka baju kalau tak habis comot.





Ni la cara nak bagi anak makan bila dah jadi food strikes. Harap kejap je la strike ni ye Rayyan.
